Egg Salad Filling (6 eggs!!!)
Ingredients:
5 - 6 eggs (previously cooked and cooled)
30 g onions
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
salt & pepper
optional:
2 Tbsp of chopped chives
Directions:
- chop onion - 3 sec, speed 6 (if not well chopped scrape sides and chop again)
- add the rest of the ingredients and mix - 20sec, speed 3-4
