Fall Favourites - Dinners

So i've taken a LONG break from blogging... mostly because 5 kids is no joke and i spend all of my time running from one thing to the next. literally. including 4 school runs a day. but none the less still have to feed the little critters. This is my attempt to compile easy make, kid friendly meals for our crew this fall (kids ages: 3, 4, 7, 8, 9) (this post literally sat in draft form for a year!)

1. Stuffed Peppers - this one has been a hit in our house. peppers are in seasons, it has that fall warm feel and it's yummy. We serve it with a side of mixed vegetables or green beans.

2. Easy Lasagne - super easy to make and our kids love it! usually even have some left overs, which is rare around here! serve with a side salad.

3. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas - these are SO yummy. and myabe not the easiest but i'm still putting them on my list.

4. DIY Swiss Chalet Chicken Dinner - we're Canadian, but live in Poland, so this is a sweet taste of home for our family! we actually buy the sauce packs in Canada (i know it's cheating!) but you can also make your own DIY Swiss Chalet dipping sauce here. I roast the chicken in the oven with a savory roasted chicken mix i made. We add friend, a salad and sometime fresh homemade buns! There are 7 of us though, so i may soon have to start roasting 2 chickens!

5. Leczo with zucchini & kielbasa

Here's a new one for us this year! We live in the land of kielbasa, and our neighbour is always giving us more zucchini than we know what to do with! I actually like this recipe better but it's in Polish (though there is always google translate!)

*note courgette (british) = zucchini!
