Thermomix Hot Chocolate

Ok this is seriously one of the easiest & tastiest recipes... if you have a Thermomix. It reigns in our kitchen and we use it ALL THE TIME, they are more common in Europe and it has revolutionized our family meal time!

THERMOMIX HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS

500g milk
100g dark chocolate

METHOD

♥ Place chocolate {broken into a few pieces} into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9 

♥ Scrape the sides and bottom of TM bowl with spatula

♥ Add milk to TM bowl and cook for 6 minutes on 80C on speed 2
