
INGREDIENTS
- 400g apple (peeled)
- 200g sugar
- 200g flour
- dash salt
- 5g baking soda
- 100g oil
- 80g milk (40g + 40g)
- 1 egg
METHOD
- peel apples and put in mixing bowl, chop 2s/speed 5. set aside in separate bowl.
- add dry ingredients to mixing bowl (no need to clean), mix 3s/ speed 2.
- add oil & half the milk (40g), mix 5s/ speed 4, 5s/ speed 4 reverse.
- add egg, mix 5s/ speed 4 reverse.
- add the rest of the milk, mix 5s/ speed 4 reverse.
- add apples, mix 5s/speed 4 reverse.
- pour into cake pan
- mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of cake
- bake @180C for 35-40min.
TOPPING
- 1/2 cup (80g) brown sugar
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts)
