Family Ties…

It’s so fun to have friends and family around the world, both biological and spiritual. On our way to Ottawa we stopped by Arnprior again (we were there last November) to introduce the church there to Lucas. It was really fun to connect with these faithful saints who pray for us and love Christ and His kingdom.

We also got to visit with my cousin Stacey and her family. She has two sons… one is 11 years old and the other is 4 months old. It was the first time I have seen her in 6 years and the first time she was able to meet Ben & Lucas! It is good to reconnect with the roots of biological family. I’ve started a family tree on ancestry.ca so that one day Lucas will ‘know where he came from’… but that’s a post for another day :)
