The other day we were sitting in McDonalds eating french fries with our kids. Our kids are little... 3, 18months and 5 weeks. And the lady beside us overhears us speaking English and turns to me and says, "I feel sorry for you"....
Now my husband credits the comment to language, that English was not this ladies first language... but i am not so sure. She proceeded to say she can hardly manage 2, so she feels sorry for me, that we have 3.
Around the same time i came across this article "6 Reasons to Have 6 Kids"... not that we're planning on having 6 kids, but i love the truth and humour this mom conveys.
6 Reasons to Have 6 Kids

Children are a heritage from the Lord,
offspring a reward from him.4
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.5
Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their opponents in court.
