Candy Cane Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were easy to make and SUPER yummy! Definitely a new favourite Christmas treat.

Chocolate Chip Nutella Candy Cane Cookies
{Makes 3-4 dozen cookies, depending on the size)
You'll need:
2-1/4 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup of Nutella
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
10 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips (or a dark chocolate bar broken up - baton gorzkiej czekolady złamany na kawałki)
1/2 cup crushed candy canes (i used 5-6 candy canes)
Here's how:
1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
2. Beat butter and Nutella with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy.
3. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
4. Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and candy cane pieces.
5. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown.
